FREE REPLACEMENT SERVICE

Library and Schools Customers only

Craftsman will replace, free of charge, any cassette or CD lost or damaged, whatever the cause. To obtain a replacement, just follow these steps:

1. Locate the unique product serial number. This can be found on a white sticker on the inside of the case.

2. Telephone 01892 617189 or email us at replacement@craftsmanaudio.co.uk quoting the serial number. Address and contact details will be required.

3. The serial number will be checked against our database and, once verified, the replacement is dispatched.

Conditions

1. For library and schools customers, ordering direct or through a supplier, Craftsman offers free replacement up to 3 years from the date of purchase. Thereafter replacements may be purchased from us.

2. To qualify for the free replacement service, the product must bear the sticker with the unique serial number. Products without a serial number or where stickers have been removed (cannot be verified against our database) are not eligible for free replacements. Products supplied without stickers either pre-date this scheme or have been ordered through a supplier where it is not possible to determine customer type (e.g. via wholesalers such as Gardners, Bertrams, or THE). However replacements may be purchased from us.

3. The offer applies only to products in reinforced packaging. Titles in crystal cases (CRF001, CRF002, CRF003) are not eligible for free replacement.
