Summary:
The second of two classic books - following on from The Midnight Folk. Travelling home for the Christmas holiday, Kay Harker soon finds himself in the midst of disturbing events. The cause is a magical box given to him for safekeeping by a mysterious punch-and-judy man named Cole Hawlings.
